Client: AEDES Property Group – New Caledonia

PG Riverside Villas is a 6 unit private villa complex located on a cliffside in Pandak Gede, Bali.

Each villa is designed as a quiet retreat along the edge of a cliff where architecture and nature meet in balance. Surrounded by lush greenery with a river flowing below, the design carefully frames and directs key spaces toward the best views, allowing light, breeze and a quiet sense of escape.

The layout follows a clear transition from open to more intimate spaces. The bedroom is designed with warm tones and natural materials, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. It then flows into a semi open bathroom, where the boundary between indoor and outdoor becomes softer.

At Meru Architect, we translate ideas into atmosphere before they become architecture. A carefully composed moodboard helps us define the emotional direction, material character and visual language of each project.

For TD Residence in Tabanan, Bali, the moodboard explores a tropical colonial approach that responds to both climate and context. Openness, proportion and a strong indoor outdoor relationship become the basis of the design language. The selected color scheme and materials combine soft, muted tones with deeper accents, complemented by natural stone, warm elements and subtle classic detailing. Together, these elements create a calm, refined living environment that feels grounded and timeless.

This moodboard sets the foundation for a private residence that embraces tropical living while expressing a composed and enduring architectural character.

H-House is designed as more than just a home. It’s a place to slow down, unwind, meditate and enjoy a sense of peace and ease. Set in the highlands of Buleleng, the house naturally follows the site’s steep contours. Its open layout allows the building to settle comfortably among the trees while keeping the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces effortless.

The public area is kept open to let in mountain air, natural light and the surrounding greenery that creating an atmosphere that feels almost like being at an outdoor camp, yet still comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Meanwhile, the bedrooms bring a warmer, more intimate mood, offering a quiet place to recharge after a day spent close to nature.

This Gym combines toughness and energy in one space. From the clean and organized arrangement of the room to the lighting that makes the space feel more dynamic, everything is planned to help you stay focused and excited. Dark colors help you concentrate, while yellow stripes add energy and guide your movement. This place isn’t just for working out, it also shows how serious an Athlete is about staying disciplined and keeping things in balance, all through a powerful and unforgettable design.
