Job title: Property handyman
Night Owls Decorators team is currently seeking a Handyman with building maintenance experience in Dublin.
This is a long term permanent and full-time position.
An immediate start date is available for the right candidate.
The successful candidate must:
• hold a full clean driver’s licence (categoric B)
• have experience on with property maintenance work, minimum 2 years
• have a fluent level of English, spoken and written
• be able to use email systems and mobile phone systems and apps
• have good knowledge of the Dublin area
• have ability to provide excellent service to all customers and meet deadlines as required
• have ability to work well under pressure
• be self-motivated and have the ability to prioritise work.
• be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service.
• have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• be standards driven and detail-orientated.
• be flexible with regards to hours and available on weekends.
Duties will include:
• Painting
• Gardening
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning
• Install laminate floor
• Replace light fitting and socket
• Replace tap and sink stopper
• Replace lock
• Pressure wash
• Identify and report the need for major repairs.
