A look back at the first of our Summer dining events at The Glasshouse Restaurant, where guests enjoyed our Tapas, Fire & Flavour experience.

Pavilion Chefs David O'Sullivan and David Rice created a vibrant, Mediterranean-inspired menu showcasing the bold flavours of Spain, perfectly complemented by a refreshing cocktail on arrival and the lively sounds of the Latin Duo. Over the weekend, we were delighted to welcome acclaimed garden designer and landscape architect Bunny Guinness to The Pavilion, where she shared insights from her remarkable career and her distinctive approach to beautiful planting and garden design.

The day was also a celebration of food and outdoor living at our Sunset Soirée, featuring demonstrations and conversations with Pavilion Chef David Rice and horticulturist Mark Bambury Lawson.
