We had the pleasure of putting a proposal together for this iconic site located at Porthaw Beach, in Buncrana.
The old cottage will be renovated and extended to the rear; incorporating a rooftop garden and balcony overlooking the beach and its for sale.

We had this amazing dwelling granted just outside Clonmany. The dwelling is designed around a central atrium, allowing light to flood inthrough the dwelling. The grass roof can be accessed from a master bedroom on second floor.

Time to dig some foundations.
These foundations were set out by our GPS equipment. This dwelling has some many angles, tapes was not an option.
Took all of 30mins to set out. . .
