I began 2021 in hibernation with a newborn during a level 5 lockdown and unbeknownst at the time it was exactly what I needed. It allowed us space and time to adjust to our new life, him in the outside world and me as a Mum of two.
But while hibernating away what I need to do became clear, in order for me to take the next step in my career, continue working on what I really love and to be the Mum I want to be to my two small boys, I made a big decision and with the support of my husband, family and friends, I launched Enhance Interior Design.
Once I made that decision everything started falling into place, I began meeting clients through word of mouth and referrals.
I received amazing training and support & met some of the most inspiring people though the South Cork LEO and the many programs & courses they run for local businesses and entrepreneurs.
Iām so grateful that Iāve had the most wonderful clients throughout 2021, with every enquiry that comes though I become even more positive that I made the right decision. Iām not going to say its been easy, Iāve never worked so hard but its been thoroughly enjoyable and rewardingā¦ I work a lot, more than ever but I have the flexibility now to work around my duties as a Mum and for that alone, all the hard work has been worth it.
So a big āTHANK YOUā to the many people and my support system that have helped make this happen...
