Mallow Castle, Co. Cork.

A new and highly anticipated children’s playground has been opened at Mallow Castle Park by Cork County Council, signaling the first phase of the redevelopment of Mallow Castle Grounds.

On this project we worked with Vision Contracting, where we supplied and installed new boundary fencing and gates, which have been erected within the former walled gardens. These railings which included 2000mm high Interlaced Bow-top Railing, 2no 2000mm wide & 1no 6000mm wide gates were installed on new stone wall and stone gate pillars.

We fabricated and finished products in a Black RAL 9005 Coating over full Hot Dipped Galvanising (Plasgalv®) which will provide a long lasting maintenance free finish. Materials were manufactured at our premises in Inchicore, Dublin.

New railing installation at Murphs Tavern Passage East Cork by our Cork Office

East Ferry, Co. Cork.

Previous to the installation of this railing there was an over overgrown ditch and trees in the way of the beautiful views over East Ferry & Cork Harbour. The owners decided to redevelop the area across from their premises and created an outdoor seated area on a new platform over the river and new car park facilities. Once the fence design was agreed and manufactured we installed fence by bolting post to new concrete footpath and platform area. Posts were designed so that posts would be on edge of baseplate, therefore avoiding any potential trip hazard and installed along boundary providing protection to those within the property from the risk of fall to river below.

Fence was manufactured with 12mm round solid bar on 40x10mm flat bar with 42O/D tubular top rail, all in a galvanised finish.
