This was a significant renovation, and we’re incredibly proud of how the finished home came together. From start to finish, every detail was carefully considered to create a space that feels both fresh and timeless. ✨

🔑 Our second handover of the week!

Congratulations to our clients, on their newly transformed home. 🏡

As their family grew, they needed more space but loved their location so we helped them create a home that could grow with them.

The project included a two-storey extension, a full internal reconfiguration and a complete energy retrofit, maximising the available grant return.

The result? A spacious open-plan kitchen, living & dining area, new home office, utility, WC and separate living room plus an additional bedroom, new main bathroom and ensuite upstairs.

A complete transformation, without having to leave the location they love. ❤️

Congrats Paul, Claire & Rebecca on the renovation of their home 🏡✨ And an extra special congratulations to the newlyweds, who tied the knot over the August Bank Holiday! 💍🥂

This 90s home in Frankfield has been completely transformed, with new windows & insulation throughout, upgraded interiors and a stunning rear extension.

The new vaulted ceiling and roof lights flood the open-plan space with natural light, while the bespoke kitchen, centred around a social island, really is the heart of the home.

Finished off with new bathrooms, a larger master ensuite and a beautiful new statement staircase.

A very special transformation for a lovely couple starting an exciting new chapter❤️

When this client came to us, she needed a house that was fully wheelchair accessible, but she was clear on one thing: it couldn't feel clinical. 🔨

Working closely with our project manager Edgar, we opened up the original footprint, filled it with light, and built in accessibility so seamlessly you'd never know it was there. ☀️

It's now five years since her first project with us - and her parents' home before that. Two builds, two very different tastes, one Sigma Homes standard: delivered on time, built to last, and backed by guarantees that are honoured when it counts. ❤️
