A new home taking shape in Gweedore, designed to make the most of views across the surrounding valley and towards Errigal.

The symmetrical front elevation is centred around a projecting aluminium-clad dormer, with a simple palette of white render, stone and dark metal detailing.

Inside, double-height spaces create a sense of openness, while large areas of glazing connect the living spaces with the landscape beyond.

Still some finishing touches and landscaping to come, but great to see this one nearing completion.

This client came to us looking for a new family home with a preference for a contemporary take on Georgian architecture.

It's impossible to capture the entire design journey in a 40-second video, but we've tried to give a glimpse into the process. Every option is tested, refined and challenged before arriving at the final design.

Using 3D modelling allows us to explore ideas, understand spaces and make better design decisions long before construction begins.

House at Carricknagore, Killybegs.

A new modern family home currently under construction, designed to replace a DCB-affected house which has now been demolished.

The design focuses on everyday functionality for the occupants, while creating a strong sense of space through double-height areas and carefully placed openings that bring light into the home.
