This attic ladder was not fitted by our company, but I felt it was important to take a few photos to highlight the mistakes made during the installation.
The ladder has been fitted incorrectly, creating potential safety hazards for the homeowner.
We have advised the customer of the issues, and the installation is now being rectified.
