I’m devastated to share the sad news of the passing of my great friend Gerry Cluskey.

Many of you will remember Gerry helping me on numerous installations and repairs to your Automatic Gate System.

Gerry passed away today having battled a recent illness.

Rest in peace Gerry 💔

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day Everyone

Well that’s me back from theatre, minus my Gallbladder, going to be long night of cramps and pain from the four holes they made in me and the air they pumped into me during surgery.

I’m going to be out of action until new year, at least.

Anyway, thanks for all the texts and messages wishing me well.

Don’t you just love these videos, the driver of the camper van will be blamed for the damage, but is it his fault?

Answer is definitely not his fault, the barrier should be safe for all users, when entering and exiting the barrier.

The simple solution is a ground loop, that picks up the presence of the vehicle.

A couple of anchor bolts, would certainly help to secure the base unit to the concrete base, i think they may have used blue tack on this one 😂
