Another install today bbu taken out and baxi in its place.taken out bbu units we did a smoke bomb test and it failed miserable.flue blocked and low gas pressure in the house.boiler had not been service in 4 years.folks if yous have bbu unit in fire get it serviced every year vents open and co alarms as you can see what a bbu unit without servicing can be dangerous and fatal.
