Our Clondalkin project is finished!

New stairs fitted to accomodate under stairs toilet and storage, plus an 18m² extension at the back of the house, including a 2m x 2m office.

This doubled the sitting room space of the beautifull terraced house and added comfort for the family of 4.

We managed all the construction work, from the ground, to finishing it to the highest standards, to give our customer a stress free process.

Flat roof, with Lava 20 finish (20 years guarantee), 2m² sky light to allow plenty of natural light in, internal insulation, lots of sockets and lights, 150mm under the floor insulation, new doors, skirting and arktraves, all finished with a briliant white paint.

All work completed in 6 weeks!
Very happy customers, so they allready booked us for more work in the house at the end of the year.

Beautiful full house to home renovation we just finished!
Dividing wall between kitchen and dining room removed, steel beam installed to standards for the best structural support! Opened the house so much for a better space usage!
Pocket doors installed into the living room, for a nice and relaxing evenings!
Full rewire, extra sockets and lights added everywhere in the house.
Full re plumbing, combi boiler and 2 temperature zones (upstairs and downstairs)
All finished to the highest standards!

We used all the available space to make the customer very happy
3.5m x 4.8m room, the largest bathroom in the house, walk in wardrobe, water tanks above the ceiling, storage above the ceiling and on the side, ultra silent pressure pomp, 4 Velux windows and everything finished to the highest standards
Customer opted to paint the stairs, skating and arktraves

Open plan kitchen we are working at the moment
Partition wall removed, RSJ steel installed, pink slabed for fire protection, tape & joint, floors lifted and 2 new radiators installed. All done in 3 days.
