The finished house can at anytime, be dismantled and loaded onto a truck and reassembled at a different location, site or garden.
This brings them into the same category as log cabins and chalets.
Temporary buildings which are exempt from planning permission.
Check with your local council for information.
You must leave 25 square metres of garden space after the Garden Home is completed, which is only a small green area.
The house/cabin/chalet shown here is just under 40 square metres.
Including kitchen, shower room, electrics, plumbing, heaters and wooden floors throughout.
They are fully insulated and ready to move in to upon completion.

Frequently Asked Questions about getting a Garden Home.

1. Q. Do I need planning permission?
1. A No, you do not need planning permission as they are not a "permanent structure". Meaning they can be disassembled and relocated if ever needed.

2. Q. Do I have to supply the concrete slab (foundation) for the Garden Home to be built?
2. A. No, we will build your Garden Home from the ground up and it will be ready to move into upon completion.

3. Q. Do Garden Homes supply a sewage system and running water?
3. A. Yes of course, your new Garden Home will have running water in the kitchen sink, the shower room sink and the shower and obviously a working toilet.

4. Q. Do Garden Homes take care of the electric work?
4. A. Yes of course, your new Garden Home will come with full electrics, from lights to your electric shower and everything in between including a mains connected fire alarm.

5. Q. Will my Garden Home be warm in the winter?
5. A. Yes, you're Garden Home will be fully insulated from top to bottom and have heating.

6. Q. What kind of door and windows will my Garden Home have?
6. A. Your new Garden Home will come with double glazed PVC fire escape windows and main door.

7. Q. What type of flooring will my new Garden Home have?
7. A. Your new Garden Home will come fully fitted with laminated flooring throughout.

8. Q. Will my Garden Home have a kitchen?
8. A. Yes, all Garden Homes come with a fitted kitchen.

9. Q. Are the Garden Homes factory ready made structures?
9. A. No, your new Garden Home will be designed and built to your preferences and specifications, the goal is to make it your own home and to utilise as much space as possible.

10. Q. How much will a Garden Home cost me?
10. A. This is the question that we receive more than any other and because each Garden Home is designed and built to suit different clients. There is no definitive one for all price, if you are interested in a Garden Home then take 3 minutes to give us a call anytime on 0868454324 and have a quick chat with us to discuss the size, how many bedrooms and an idea of exactly what you want in a Garden Home and we will be able to give you a rough quote there and then.
The price will be agreed upon before the job begins and we will keep you in the loop throughout the whole project, there will be no hidden extras on the agreed price.
The starting price for our Garden Homes is only EUR25,000.

We have been asked all of the above questions and more by clients and potential clients who have shopped around and been given a price from other companies and in some cases, utter cowboys, that don't include basic amenities like running water, electricity, sewage system, heating, insulation and people even expected to pay extra for the foundation (slab) in which their Garden Home will be built on.
