**Plantech Secures Planning Permission for Major Expansion of McKelvey Celtic AFC **
Plantech is delighted to announce the successful granting of planning permission for an exciting new development at McKelvey Celtic AFC, marking a significant milestone for the club and the wider Finglas community.
The approved development includes a substantial first-floor and side extension with an open terrace for optimum panoramic pitch views, the new architectural designed spaces support the continued growth and long-term future of the club. The project will deliver a range of modern new facilities including a fully equipped gym, upgraded changing rooms, office accommodation, and enhanced leisure spaces for players, staff, and visitors.
This transformative development has been carefully designed to meet the evolving needs of one of North Dublin’s valued grassroots sports organisations while also creating a welcoming and functional environment for the wider community.
The expansion will not only strengthen the club’s ability to support local athletes and teams but will also provide important community amenities that encourage health, wellbeing, and social engagement for residents of Finglas and surrounding areas.
