Our new build in a stunning rural site in North County Dublin finally is ready for its metal-clad roof. The views from the mezzanine levels and carefully placed picture windows to the first floor are something many people endlessly search for. Our recent design for a contemporary apartment block on an underutilised corner site in North Dublin City has gone in for Pre-Planning Feedback. Our scheme creates a dominant corner development that holds the corner by rising up to a height that contextually relates to the four-storey Georgian housing across the street. The development respectively steps down to meet the existing two storey and single-storey residential development to each side. The use of modern brick detailing will hopefully add a lovely contemporary addition to this part of Dublin.

When extending for the first time you are allowed an exempt development size of 40 sqm to the rear of the property which means it will not require planning within certain conditions. The red Cladding is fully on now on our modern barn build. Really brings it all together and finishes on the inside are starting now. The barn is looking stunning with the emergence of the wildflowers in the front garden. The attached garage is awaiting its red roof cladding. Keep an eye over the coming weeks for some sneak peeks of the interior.
