This client had a big problem on his hands. ⬇️ These steps were fitted at the wrong level & angle when his house was being built, resulting in water pooling from outside & leaking into his home completely damaging his hardwood flooring. 💧 The client was looking for an effective, practical & long-lasting solution for the top step without installing a completely new set of steps, so we advised a process of fixing this issue using a true and tested floor leveling compound for outdoor use, which when completely cured, will dry down to a smooth matte grey. We also fixed and refitted his inflated hardwood floors (unfortunately forgot to take a before picture 🤦), but now this happy Anva client can be at ease knowing water will no longer be leaking into his home. ✅ Swipe to see the process. ➡️
