Here's the out building we've been working on recently. The guys who originally put it up last year tried to rip off the client and take all the money without completing the work. We found wires cut, boot holes in the roof, lights that didn't match and walls that weren't sealed. they had to be removed from site, leaving us to rectify the many problems. We had to completely re-seal the roof, put in window frames and windows, rewire all the plugs and lights (one of which has to be replaced as was full of water), remove the Lino floor and paint with a special concrete paint, put on new doors, finish the cladding, waterproof / stain the outside of the building, replace the water-damaged ply inside and finish putting up ply where there wasn't any, and sealing any gaps inside and out. Now at least the building is usable and watertight.
