Delighted that our Leeson Street project has been shortlisted for the 2024 Public Choice Awards, launched earlier on RTE Radio 1's Morning Ireland.

It's an unusual project, where three friends came together to purchase an awkward urban site and build a terrace of three three-storey dwellings for themselves. Housing is such an important issue, and the project illustrates another path, not normally explored, towards making a home. It's also our first time making the shortlist, which as a small practice is a pretty big deal for us!
