🎃 that pumpkin is how old????? How?

Pumpkins grown by people who know what they’re doing, and stored in the right way can last for several months.

Genuinely wasn’t expecting it to last this long, and it amazes me every day looking at its sister pumpkin sitting on my windowsill as you watch this!

A slow cook, so I wouldn’t describe it as quick and easy 🙌🏻 but it’s certainly delicious! And well worth the time, to spend on yourself.

You know your food is fresh and real, if you find tiny friends when we’re cooking! How lucky we are to have access to salad with no chemicals 🐌

Farms like suppling the locals with the freshest produce🌱🥬

⏰ Time to spice things up with this peri peri chicken and potatoes 🔥🔥👇🏻 this is the kinda dinner that you have over and over again, it’s just too tasty!

Juicy chicken thighs with crispy skin, fried potatoes all smothered in delicious sauce. Easy to whip up, and you’ll see in the tutorial later this week how I cook off some extra potatoes to help cut down on the next meals cooking time.

This is your sign to put down the instant pot noodles and make yourself a decent dinner 🤩🙌🏻like this red Thai rice noodle.

There comes a time when instant noodles just don’t cut it anymore. Que the Thai prawns rice noodles 🥳 this weeks dish packs a punch! Not of spice but flavour.

I ain’t about to make my own paste, the jar is going to be better than what I can make at home. But adding to it some ginger and garlic, then finishing with lime makes the already intense flavours sing 🎶
