Called out to seal around a shower tray. What I seen was a disgrace. Replaced shower tray and base. Sealed correctly this time with change in colour of tile. (Ground floor concrete floor and they still managed to fit the shower tray wrong.) 🙄

Ensuite finished in sandycove. Total strip out and redone in Calcutta Matt 1200x600 tiles.
New floor needed to be levelled as was off 20 mm which ment shower tray was off with the fall away from shower drain.
Walls lined with moisture resistant plasterboard and shower area covered with waterproof tanking system.
Floor fully covered with waterproof tanking system.
New shelves to match vanity unit with chrome trims and fixtures.👌
Radiator to be installed.

Another lean to finished in lucan.
7.5 metres by 1.2 finished with shiplap wall.
Gutters also kept within garden fence line of customers property.

Big changes to the look an function of this kitchen with new shaker style grey kitchen Also taking out the island and running the new counter along the wall to add small breakfast bar with new back splash.
New floors and new shaker style internal doors to keep with the style of kitchen.
Onto the living room next to finish the downstairs. 👌👌

Finished of this lean to today. Great way to utilise the side passage.
Customer was quoted 5k just to do the roof ( crazy money ) i also added the batoned wall to finish it off for a lot less.

Current job is full house of flooring, 8 new shaker doors arkitrave and skirting. Look forward to seen the finished job.
