Finding yourself at a 'colour crossroads'? It happens... The best thing to do is find something you already love. Be it a cushion, a scrap of vintage wallpaper or in this case I found this coffee pot in the local Oxfam shop.
It brought to mind neat coffee-docks with benches and cosy space to chat. Once I'd found the wallpaper the paint inspiration flowed easily.

Roses are a favourite for Valentine’s Day, love it or hate it.
The Roses is this book are by Pierre-Joseph Redouté (1759 – 1840.)
He was nicknamed "the Raphael of flowers" and has been called the greatest botanical illustrator of all time. It’s no wonder that his work is used over and over again on Gallery Walls. From hotel rooms to country estates they lend charm and warmth.

I definitely prefer my roses straight from the garden so I’ll wait till Summer for mine.

Notes on complementary colors taken from the Web:

(While Stocks of our little Xmas Stockings last. These little cuties are about 5inches big. There are only two of the upcycled denim ones left so let me know if you'd want one of those.)
Fruit Cheese, or Fruit Paste, is delicious with your Cheese Board especially around Christmas.
This was then stored in a dry, dark, pantry for almost a year to mature. It's not necessary to mature for that long but I left it there to see if it would work.

A time of change, or rather, the constant changes of nature get to put on an end of year show with Windfalls, harvests and a ticker tape parade of leaves bidding goodbye to the Summer.

Autumn jelly is one way to bottle the vibe.

I've used 3lbs of Crabapples, 6oz of Blackberries & one slightly under-ripe pear. All of which combined to produce a delicious raspberry coloured jelly.
