Each one of us is different and therefore there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to how we organise our homes.

In Stuff Happens! I talk about the different tidying personalities and how to work with them- each of us can even have different preferences in how our possessions are laid out for different parts of the house.

This question is always Number One for me ☝️

If you set up a system that looks great but is fiddly and takes time to use, how are you expected to maintain it when you’ve a million other things on your mind throughout the day?

I’m into making life easier, not more complicated 😇

The most gorgeous gifts arrived from my extremely talented friend who runs sustainable jewellery brand .

She made the blue studs to go with my book 😭🥰
Maeve says the hearts remind her of - I agree!

Maeve is the most inspiring artist and activist (I shared a beautiful short film she made about trees in my stories). She has so much integrity and is working in the space where climate adaptation and art collide.

These earrings have given me such a pick me up and I will treasure them. Knowing where objects have come from means so much 🥰. Thank you Maeve! 💜💜💜

Impossible to take this photo but my stunning drawer storage boxes deserve the grid 😂

Zero waste organising and storage is one of my fav fav things to talk about!

With drawers, you wanna be able to see what’s inside the minute you open them- say no to the crammed mess of stuff with the bottom layer lost forever!

We all have so many boxes around the house- sure we’re falling down with them in lockdown!

My faves to use for drawer storage are:
Chocolate boxes
Phone boxes
Jewellery boxes
Sturdy food tubs
Butter tubs
Mug boxes
Candle boxes

Use your imagination and use. What. You. Have! ♻️♻️♻️♻️♻️♻️
