Whilst carrying out a pre-purchase survey on an apartment we noted that the boiler flue does not comply with current Building Regulations as it is installed too close to the window, vent and party wall. The boiler and flue should be relocated to comply with dimensions as outlined in table above from Technical Guidance Document J Heat Producing Appliances.
