Back for photos in Wadelai Glasnevin a few months ago. Lots of nice details in the main space with rooflight really stealing the show imho. Rooflight joins are covered by plastered ribs which will help with solar gain. Kitchen cabinets go up to the ceiling. Flush main structural support means no bulk head blocking light. Externally brick, black steel, slate and timber create an attractive coloured and textured addition. 3 timber pergola have been installed right hand side - once planting is in this will stop solar gains in the side room. Finished again at the Villa Park, lovely to do this updated porch matching the attractive brick existing on the road. We went extra tall with the front door and glazing to mark the entry and improve the overall proportions externally. Inside the hall extends into the porch, glowing on this sunny day. Nice additions to note are the new window seat in the kitchen and a simple east facing velux over the landing.

Windows, rooflights and coloured render on at Monkstown Farm.... and 's first circular window ! Very simple design here, with a little interest added by this feature window to the rear (we're beside the sea after all). The window frames a view of a straight terrace of chimneys from the new master bed

Lights are on, but no one home... yet. I LOVE working on ex corpo homes - restoring and maintaining so they'll be enjoyed for another 70 years. This 3 bed terrace was wrapped, extended, new heating and elecs. Some lovely light fittings, spot & pendant locations by client. Pressed black alu cladding to canopy now installed. Was talking about full height glass doors today.... this is how they turned out in Clontarf for us. These one off contemporary steel frames work well with the victorian covings and proportions, and it's always nice when you can see the green and light of the garden from the front hall.... visitors know exactly where to go... Back snagging in Cabra ... Some lovely features in this new extension. I especially like the exposed steel beam flush to the ceiling & timber rooflight fins in the rooflight void. Also love how the black window frames look invisible on the front elevation. Well done to a great client and Marc at Arc Construction

Latest wrap up here - a beautiful Victorian home brought back to life in Glasnevin including install of heat pump, underfloor heating, solar etc. Dark grey woodwork colour choice by client looks fab. Wrapping up in D7 today. Marziale brick from Outhaus with Carlson ral 7021 windows here. Shower has a polished concrete pattern floor tile continuing up the wall to a frameless roof light.
