About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Multiskilled Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and general operational tasks to support daily business operations. This role requires a flexible individual who can work across different tasks and departments when needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out general maintenance and repair work
• Assist with building, facility, or site upkeep
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Support different teams with operational tasks
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
• Report issues or maintenance needs to management
Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Good carpentry Skills
• Practical skills in maintenance, construction, or general labour
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
