🔧 Commercial Borehole Recovery & Water Treatment Installation Completed 💧
This was a particularly satisfying project for the team at Ryan's Water Services.
The borehole had been out of service for over 10 years after a failed submersible pump became lodged deep within the well. As a result, the site had been relying on an alternative water supply at considerable ongoing cost.
Using our specialist PumpTrax pump retrieval equipment, we successfully recovered the failed pump and fully rehabilitated the borehole, bringing it back into operation.
Works completed included:
✅ Retrieval of the failed submersible pump✅ Full borehole relining with new plastic liner✅ Installation of a new high-output submersible pump✅ New rising main and pipework installation✅ Fusion-welded pipework system throughout✅ Custom stainless steel manifold assembly✅ AG filtration system for suspended solids removal✅ EcoMix treatment system for iron, manganese and hardness reduction✅ Pressure vessel and control system installation✅ Full testing, commissioning and handover
The result is a high-capacity commercial water supply delivering excellent water quality, strong flow rates and reliable performance.
Most importantly, the site is now once again utilising its own borehole water source, significantly reducing operating costs while providing a dependable long-term water supply.
