Another great project underway 👷‍♂️🏗️

We’re delighted to be working alongside BHA Construction Ltd. on an exciting new residential development in Graigcullen, Carlow, delivering 210 new homes, including 2, 3 and 4-bed houses and apartments.

Our team will be responsible for the full mechanical services, supporting the delivery of modern, high-quality and energy-efficient homes that help create attainable, sustainable living for the local community.

A great project with a strong delivery team and a development that will make a real local impact — we’re looking forward to seeing this one take shape. 👏🏗️

🏗️ Progress continues as the Walsh and Sheehan team delivers full mechanical services for the Adoration Convent renovation! The historic building will provide accommodation for 56 students, with bedrooms, lounges, a library, kitchen, dining, laundry, and communal areas.

This project includes a major energy-efficiency upgrade and preserves heritage, securing the future of a treasured Convent. A symbol of continuity and renewal, it represents a significant investment in both heritage and education, creating a vibrant hub for international students and strengthening Wexford’s global role.

Walsh and Sheehan were proud to deliver full mechanical services for the 50-unit A-Rated Social Housing Development at An Garran, set in the sunny seaside town of Tramore.

This wide-ranging mix of homes was designed to meet the varying needs of communities in the Southeast, including fully accessible and energy-efficient units built to the highest standards of sustainability.

It was a pleasure to work alongside the Nevin Construction team on this important project.

Walsh and Sheehan are proud to have played a key role in the transformation of one of Waterford’s most iconic venues. In collaboration with DFL - David Flynn Ltd. we helped breathe new life into the former Uluru Bar—now reimagined as the stylish Ruby Lounge + Kitchen and Monaco Tom’s Bar.
Our scope of work included full plumbing and gas installations, covering both first and second fix phases across the new kitchen, bar, and bathroom areas, along with the installation of commercial gas systems.

✨ The Ruby Lounge features a striking industrial chic aesthetic, while Monaco Tom’s embraces a warm, traditional atmosphere—a perfect blend of modern edge and timeless charm.
This revitalised venue is more than just a renovation, it marks a bold new chapter in Waterford’s hospitality scene, set to become one of the city’s top social destinations and a proud addition to the energy and culture of Waterford’s vibrant nightlife.

Walsh&Sheehan Ltd are pleased to announce the launch of our latest project in partnership with Mythen Construction Ltd. We have been contracted to deliver full mechanical services for a new residential development consisting of 48 high-efficiency dwelling units in Hewitsland, New Ross.

This project showcases our expertise in providing comprehensive mechanical solutions for modern residential builds. Our team is proud to contribute to the successful delivery of this energy-efficient development.

We're incredibly proud of the Walsh and Sheehan Mechanical Services team for their exceptional work on the new Learning Resource Centre at MTU Cork. Their dedication and hard work have truly paid off, and it's been a pleasure collaborating with J.J. Rhatigan & Company on this remarkable project.

The 6,660m² facility will provide a dynamic space for 1,000 students and 70 staff, enhancing MTU’s teaching, learning, and services. Designed as a Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB), this state-of-the-art centre is a key milestone in achieving our climate action targets.
