Repainted in Dulux portland and Merlin, varnished doors were water damaged over time, so have been painted with sikkens rubbol satura tinted to Merlin.

Power washing by Ta**us, clean and clear view.

A wonderful new build, initial “painter” coated everything with white, including switches, lights 😳 the finish was awful, every wall and ceiling had to be sanded back.
Bedrooms are finished in Dulux diamond, subtle muslin, all living areas mid muslin, both from the Dulux signature range.
Stairs are Dulux diamond satin varnish.

Not posted for a while, busy with hotels, and business getting really for the season.

A fairly standard job for us, a 2 bedroom apartment, completely redecorated ready for a new tenant, owner is looking for tenants. Property is located in the avenue complex off countess rd, Killarney.
