It’s lovely to welcome garden clubs back again. During our fairy garden years most people thought our garden was just for children (it wasn’t!) and for those 7 or 8 years we rarely got a booking from gardening groups. So I’m delighted to say we seem to be back in favour with the clubs this summer and Martin and I can’t wait to see you all back here again - spread the word!!! These are the lovely folks of the Castlelyons garden Club.

Not my usual Friday afternoon activity but I have two Cork garden clubs visiting tomorrow so need to bake cakes for 60 people! On the menu are almond and blueberry muffins, lemon drizzle cake, coconut cake and iced vanilla cupcakes. All vegan of course 😊

• Classes are limited to 8 people to ensure lots of personal attention
