Some before during and after pictures of the start of a renovation of a two story house in need of some tlc😁🔨 starting with the living room,new 12mm laminate flooring which leveling compound had to be used to get it sorted 1st all new skirting board s painted white with colour trend and Walls also done in colour trend salter Stone.All ready to be enjoyed for the Easter weekend 😎👌.

For years unfortunately waste water was going absolutely nowhere only causing more damage than good.thankfully after further investigation I resolved this and have diverted all waste water and run off from the roof etc to a proper drain so now this house can be free from any further damage.👌
