Alot of hidden damage on this roof removing the moss has exposed over 20 broken tiles.. looks like alot of the damagewas done when the customer had the house insulated... having to inform them while on holiday wasn't ideal but had to be done...

I received a phone call today from a customer about a roof l cleaned for her and she wasn't happy. She try to maintain...

I received a phone call today from a customer about a roof l cleaned for her and she wasn't happy. She try to maintain that l didn't treat her roof with biocide.. l did treat the roof l don't do half ass jobs.. but this lady was unhappy with the results and wanted me to treat the roof again at a cost to myself. I told her to retreat the roof would be another 150 and she didn't like that and got angry over the phone l tried to explain that the biocide would cost me 70 euro and 90 for my time and she was having none of it and went off on one so l told her if she pays for the biocide l would come and do it again but she still wasn't happy and had a few choice words.. now l know that biocide isn't instant and l did inform her of this but she just wanted it redone.. l agreed to do it all again for nothing at a cost to .myself. . This has never happened to me before with a customer... so please if you are planning on booking me to do your roof please have a read off pictures supplied our goggle how biocide works before you do ...
