Finished just in time for Christmas 🎄.
Enjoyed working on this project for the last while. Certainly is different and looks fab when you come in front door, lit up with hidden led striplights. Ready to be stocked up for the big man 🎅

Recently done kitchen renovation. Definitely the hardest room to do in a family home while they still live there. Old kitchen was just 5 feet wide. Wall taken down and moved out further to create bigger kitchen area. Fully rewired and replastered before floor been tiled and new kitchen, which was made previously off-site, fitted. All done in just a week!!

Job completed this week... 800 sqft extension added to this house in Co. Limerick. Including 6 meter lift and glide aluclad rear door with 2 meter return sidelights and two roof lights. This is as bright a room as you are going to get. It also has a double height space with mezanine storage overhead. The roof has been continued to provide a covered patio area to rear with decorative truss and timber clad ceiling. Really is a lovely addition.

Job completed this week.
Full wrap around extension plus removal of existing rear wall of house to create complete open plan kitchen, dining and living area.
6 meter sliding door with triangle window overhead and 4 roof windows to flood it with light. Delighted with the result 🙂.

Hard to believe it's the same house! This detached bungalow has received extension to the front, side and rear plus complete new slated roof and window layout to front...delighted with the result!! ☺
