Jon started and completed awhile ago all old wet slabs ripped down and re slabbed and plastered .

Was in today and the lads at mc bride painting have the final touches put on it looks like a different building and smells fresh again .

Great to see a building in Longford being brought back to life .

A few child restrictors fit in a apartment in Longford today .

Child restrictors stop small children from being able to open windows past 100mm then can be released out if needed by an adult .

A job done lately .

The roof was leaking on this block of apartments so I repaired the roof and ripped out all the damaged plaster and slabs.

Took down all damaged plaster and slabs and re slabbed and reskimmed 3 levels on the stairs .

Laminate flooring installed today and new skirting board installed also.
The hall Floor was done by somebody else and was left short so put a board in to bridge the gap without putting a big aluminium slip down.

Quick repair done last night

Pane of glass with white Georgian bars to match original glass.

New white handle to replace a broken handle in the bathroom .
Done in time before the cold winter comes in 🥶🥶

Repair done this evening .

Dead bolts changed out as the part for opening and closing the bolt had snapped .

Changed out the cylinder cause the keys had been lost for the door .
Not easy parts to get cause this door was a danish system.
