Some wall caps in a bad way.

After a sand, wash with bleach, 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint they are now bulletproof and won't need any major attention for years.

This house was a self build around 30 years ago. Also self painted the first coat was applied incorrectly causing bad flaking and peeling especially on the north side of the house. Algae and mould is also an obvious issue here
