🏡 Great News for Granard - We are building! 🏡

Longford County Council has officially signed the contract with MCA Construction to commence a brand-new housing development in Granada View, Granard, Co Longford.

Longford County Council’s Housing Team in collaboration with Tegos Architects developed the design for this project as an extension to the existing Granada View Estate. It will comprise the construction of seven high-quality, modern homes:

✅ Five x 2-Bedroom Two-Storey Houses, and
✅ Two x 3-Bedroom Two-Storey Houses

This development marks a significant step in providing new homes to contribute to the vibrancy and sustainable growth of Granard.

🏡 Great News for Newtownforbes - We are building! 🏡

Exciting times ahead! Longford County Council has officially signed the contract with MCA Construction to commence a brand-new housing development in Lamagh, Newtownforbes, Co. Longford.

This project will see the regeneration of an existing site, the demolition of a derelict house and two outbuildings, followed by the construction of six high-quality, modern homes:

🔹 Two x 2-Bedroom, Semi-Detached Single-Storey Houses, and
🔹 Four x 2-Bedroom, Semi-Detached Two-Storey Houses

This development will also include essential landscaping of the site, provision of car-parking, pedestrian access and connection to existing services. It marks a significant step in providing new homes to contribute to the vibrancy and sustainable growth of the area.

From demolition to completion - we'll be sharing the journey of creating these modern homes for Longford.
