The completed project includes a double entrance gate, 10ft wide and 6ft high while a 3ft pedestrian gate was also installed. All the steel was given a red primer and then coated in brown to match the composite cladding.

Because of the extra height of the deck, privacy was required from the house next door. The old dividing wall had subsided so raising it with concrete blocks was out of the question. A solution was found by using PVC fencing. This product is light weight so it adds no additional weight to the wall. It also has the advantage of no maintenance requirements.
