Installed a well pump for a customer about a month ago. Got results of water test back reciently. Water was quite high in manganese with iron and lime in it. There was also ecoli present at time of test. Avoka water treatment system installed to combat the manganese iron and lime with a UV filter installed to combat the ecoli in the water

A job done reciently. The shower leaked in several places, the seals failed along the tray, seal failed where door meets tiles and tray. The waste was also leaking. This caused the raised ply wood platform to rot badly witch led to the shower tray dropping and tearing the seal even more. All old tiles, tray and doors removed, new suspended floor built with a new slate grey tray fitted. 2 glass screens along with a 300mm flipper panel installed. 300 by 600mm tiles installed. Job just finished off today. Old bathroom rip out had been done before I arrived. All pipework was surface and hidden in boxing. Shower moved to other wall and basin moved also. All pipes buried or put in neat boxing at rear wall. A 1200mm by 900mm non slip shower tray installed. 250mm by 600mm grey glazed tiles installed on wall. 450mm by 450mm grey non slip floor tiles laid. New toilet and 550mm sink vanity unit installed. A 1200mm glass shower screen put in with a new triton t90 shower. Here are before and after pictures (a new toilet seat was put on after pictures were taken due to me breaking it during install 🔨)

A hallway finished recently. Unfortunately the customer had a leak in the toilet upstairs and didn't realise how bad it was, they waited until I came to do floor to fix toilet but it was too late, the ceiling collapsed due to the leak. Luckily joists were not damaged and the new floor wasn't put down yet. New plaster board put up onto ceiling and a bit of filler ready for a plasterer to finish it.
On the floor there were 600mm by 600mm non slip tiles put down. Here are before and after pictures

One just finished today intime for the long weekend. In this job a kitchen splashback and kitchen floor were tiled with the kitchen tap changed. Old floor tiles were laid ontop of another layer of tiles so were quite tricky to remove. A new wooden effect grey tile was laid in a brick bond pattern in there place. Wall tiles stripped off and a lovely white marble subway tile put in there place. Here are the before and afters

A shower area redone reciently. Water had gotten I'm behind the tiles and had started to rot a wall and part of the floor. Floor was 35mm off square so a good bit of work to level the shower tray. New plasterboard put up on wall, shower area tanked and a nice big shower tray put in. The doors are a loft shower door meaning they are a bit smaller in height to accommodate the ceiling being lower in that corner.

A job finished reciently. Alot of damage to this bathroom meaning all joists and new floor had to be put down. All pipes were chased into the wall instead of surface mounted. Toilet and basin were moved around. 1200mm by 600mm tiles put on floor and walls. White slate shower tray with a pivot door were installed. Customer is just waiting on a carpenter to hang her new door. Here is the before, during and after pictures.

One just finished. A leaking shower tray that was cought very early so didn't manage to do an aweful lot of damage but still done a bit of damage. The tray had vracked from not being supported properly underneath and caused a bit of a leak. The seals on the side of the tray had started to fail also. All ripped out and floor/walls repaired. There was a gap on both sides of tray so we put the new one flat to the wall and built out extra on the other side. Also put in a bigger tray, Old was 800 by 800, new is 1000 by 800. Lovely grey tiles put up. The existing shower and shower doors were put back in. Here are the before and after pictures.
