Another absolutely beautiful exterior completed by us hereP&M painting and maintenance

This house like many others we have decorated over the years had been built for over 9 years and needed the knowledge and prep work and skill required to make it look good and last long…

We started by washing the house using Frabex anti-fungal wash with a mixture of soft washing and pressure washing to remove all moss, algae and general build up from the years left unprotected.

We then covered all windows, doors and roofs necessary, removed all pvc downpipes and covered up all external features/fixings.

Following that we stabilised the surfaces using Ralston Colour & Coatings Stabilising wall primer (clear paint that creates ultimate adhesion and ensures paint sticks forever)

It was then business as usual giving the house, garage and chimneys 2 x Coats of Dulux Weathershield in the beautiful Wicklow way followed by the cills, reveals and plinth reciving 3 x coats of RAL9001 in Dulux weathershield.

Safe to say another happy customer and another customer that has peace of mind knowing the job was completed to the highest standard by ourselves.
