The site comprises, at present, an empty and compact inner town centre site. Our design team have developed a design that creates a clear, attractive contemporary architectural identity using materials, building form and roofscape.

We are delighted for our client and looking forward to seeing this one come on site.

*Good working knowledge of current Irish Building & Planning regulations and statutory compliance procedures.
*Excellent organisational skills & ability to manage multiple projects.
*Fluency in written and spoken English.

Great news, a new residential development for Ashbourne, Co. Meath designed by the team at has recently been granted planning permission by Meath County Council. This project brings together 63 residential units in the form of 2 bed / 4 bed semi-d’s and terraced houses along with apartments in the mix of 3, 2 and 1 beds, all with easy access to outdoor space. This high-quality residential development is well located and in close proximity to Ashbourne Town Centre and its ranges of existing services and amenities.

Our design approach reflects a subtle mix of traditional and contemporary, with a concept focused on creating a clear and attractive architectural identity using material choices, building forms and roofscapes. The houses are designed mostly with gabled roofs parallel to the roadway in a traditional manner. The apartment buildings are designed in a contemporary and complimentary manner with flat roofs, brick and selected metal cladding finishes. The result is a balanced proposed community that will align with the immediate neighbouring context.

This is a huge loss, not just in value, but because it’s an essential tool we rely on every day to keep projects moving.

We’re asking the community, fellow builders, and anyone who may have seen or heard something to please keep an eye out. It may appear on places like social media, facebook market place, done deal, or adverts.
