📝GENERAL INFORMATION

📌WHAT WE NEED

First of all, we need a smooth even surface,
about 3m x 3m. We provide protective padding under each tub, so your yard surface will be safe. We will also need access to a water source and electricity. If you can provide us with hot water, even better. It means you will be able to use hot tub sooner.

🔅TERMS OF USE

🔹The customer is responsible for the equipment during the entire hire period.
🔹Children under 16 years of age must be supervised by adults.
🔹Glass products cannot be kept close to the tub.
🔹When using the tub, make sure the lid is in a safe place.
🔹Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in a hot tub: Both our hot tub fit 6 people.
🔹Hot tubs are delivered one day prior to your hire start day as it need to heat water temperature.
🔹No smoking in the hot tub.

🔆 Your Responsibility When Hiring The Hot Tub
🔹You must be on site to assist us when taking delivery. 🔹You must provide us with safe access and clear instructions. 🔹You must provide working electric & water supply close to the set up area. Cable is 7meters.

🔹On delivery of the hot tub, you will be asked to read and sign Hire agreement.
