We recently warmboarded the exterior facing walls of this cold sitting room along with hall stairs and landing wall,
The homeowner said the sitting room was warmer even before we finished plastering !!

Due to the change over to heat pumps a lot of people are losing storage space in their hot press area or maybe you just need some extra storage,

“Cold!
This room is always freezing so we dont use it”

This Gorgeous period home in Dundrum was seriously cold, the lovely lady that lives there was concerned about the dust etc that would be raised carrying out insulation work.
I assured her that when i was finished “she wouldn’t even know i was there”
So i was delighted when she reminded me on the last day that “ she wouldnt even know id been there”

This lovely family in Eden Gate hardly used their gas fire,
However, the room was always cold from the continous draught of cold air flowing from the open flue
Not any more!

This room was pretty much unusable because it was very cold, so we reconfigured the lay out, blocked up and reopened doors to give it a separate entrance,
Then highly insulated the ceiling, walls and floor along with new electrics to transform it into a modern much needed self contained home office😀!
