Have you seen walls like these in your home?
These are examples of RISING DAMP - water damage caused by water rising up the wall (also known as "capillary rising damp").

Over the next couple of posts we will be discussing the common problem of rising damp, how to spot it, how we deal with it, and brand new solutions we offer to repair and prevent water damage.

We are also working on an exciting surprise, so make sure to follow us and keep an eye out ;)

We are happy to announce that in accordance with the new safety regulations, we will begin offering our usual service. Please note the following precautions, to help us keep you, our other clients, and ourselves safe:

* Currently, we are limited to outdoor work.
* We will be wearing masks and use hand sanitizer in accordance with the health ministry guidelines. We ask that while interacting with us you wear a mask as well.
* We will check our temperatures every morning. Please check yourselves and the members of your household as well, and inform us if anyone has a fever. If we, or our clients, do have a fever - we will reschedule for another day.
* You must inform us if you or anyone in your home is sick, presenting symptoms such as cough or fever, or has traveled abroad or come in contact with a corona patient in the past 14 days. In any of these cases, we will not be able to come to your house.
* Usually we love when our clients offer us coffee, but for now we must decline. We will bring our own food and drink, or return home for lunch.
* When we are able to offer indoor work - please help us keep a safe distance, and ensure that all household members are in a separate room.

We appreciate you following these guidelines, and sharing any concerns or issues with us. Thank you for understanding that given the circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointments at short notice.

Spending so much time at home, you may be noticing small (and large) things that need fixing - a broken outlet, a dripping faucet, a creaking door. Maybe your walls are looking too empty and you want to hang up some photos. Or you are getting tired of the mess in the kid's room and need a storage solution.
From our experience, it is best to keep a list of all the home repair ideas you have. Otherwise, when we are able to come, you'll remember you had a lot for us to do - but can't remember what!
So we made you a To-Fix list - download, print, hang on the fridge, and start writing things down :)

To all our clients,

Due to the coronavirus outbreak and following the health ministry's and the government's rules and restrictions, we are currently not doing any work inside our clients' houses.

Once the pandemic is over and the restrictions are lifted, we will be back to our regular work schedule in full force.

Wishing everyone a happy, healthy Pessach.
May this pandemic be over quickly, and may we all be safe and healthy.

Doors are installed and insulation and electricity is done
Drywall is nearly finished
So far so good!
