Another thought about moving (or even shiputzim/renovations) compared to Pesach is that one is in TRANSITION. While you are using up what you have in the house, additionally the kitchenware is bare minimum. What isn't packed is what is essential. Something to think about should downsizing be on your radar.

Moving house is a bit like pre-Pesach: eating up things in the freezer, fridge, and pantry. Creative meals. Regardless if you're moving or not, or just want to cut down on food shopping, challenge yourself to use what you've got.

✨️Do you have a cozy corner? I created this display with items all from the thrift store: a metal tray corals candles, the glass lidded bowl has a battery operated tea light, the blue glass sea shells add my favorite calming color. ✨️ Find some of your favorite items and make a display that fills you with joy and peace.
The beauty is that items can be rotated or switched around based on season or mood.
When grouped together, it's not clutter IMHO. It's a visionscape from chaos.

I like the phrase "one man's trash is another man's treasure" though I would replace 'trash' with unneeded or unused or items no longer needed. When one declutters, the "stuff" goes somewhere else. One of those places is a secondhand shop. That is how Secondhand Israel came to be.

👛Secondhand Israel is a thrift store specializing in books, housewares, toys, costume jewelry, decorative items, and home goods.
⌚️Instead of regular daily hours, we're running once-a-week pop-up stores.
All these treasures came from decluttering sessions or donations.
♻️BUDGET-FRIENDLY and SUSTAINABILITY by keeping good condition items out of the landfill.

📌Address📌Floor
📌Elevator building or walkup

📦3. Where is item(s) being delivered?
📌Address, floor, elevator or walkup

📦For pickup, if the mover needs a building code or to be let in, they need a phone number of person who will be available.

📦Let the mover know where to park.
Whether street parking, driveway, access to a parking garage.
