The architectural firm of Mochly-Eldar Architects is a union of I. The firm consists of 66 employees, of whom 54 are architects, in a calculated mix of very experienced senior architects that lead teams of creative young architects, and 12 skilled architectural technicians. The firm is active in all areas of Architectural Planning and Design: Urban planning and design, Building design and Interior

design – both in Israel and abroad. Firm’s offices are located in Haifa and in Tel-Aviv, with branch offices in Beijing, Bucharest and Moscow. As of today we have designed over 2,800 projects. Our firm has gained extensive experience, and enjoys an excellent reputation in the design of complex building and large campus complexes. It is the policy of our firm that, even for projects designed for and built outside abroad, a major part of the design work is performed in Israel. Our projects range from large, extensive projects to small or even very small projects and from complex,technology-rich projects to simple buildings. We place a great importance in high quality design work. For this purpose we implement a quality control system based on ISO 9001:2008, under the control of Israel Institute of Standards. We especially emphasize design and planning of projects using advanced products and materials, strict adherence to project schedules and budget constraints. In projects were we are required by the Client, we also perform overall multi-disciplinary design management and coordination, and utilities superposition coordination (utilizing 3D coordination software, such as Ziggurat). We have performed Architectural design and planning services, on all levels, for Government Ministries, Research Centers, public and private firms, private Clients and Communities. In the last few years we have become more and more involved in design and construction of “Green Buildings”, based on the LEED system and/or Israeli Standard 5281. A large research center complex (approx. area 56,000 sq.m.) we had designed has recently received “Gold” LEED certification.

מגדל האשפוז החדש יהיה הגדול והחדשני בארץ. המגדל שיתנשא לגובה של 24 קומות בשטח כולל של כ-150,000 מ”ר, יכלול כ-800 מיטות אשפוז חדשות, חדרי ניתוח מתקדמים תת קרקעיים ומנחת מסוקים על הגג. המגדל מתוכנן בסטנדרטים מתקדמים ויכלול מחלקות אשפוז מרווחות ומתקדמות, מחלקות יולדות חדישות, וכמובן מיגון בסטנדרט המתקדם ביותר.

המגדל נמצא בשלבי תכנון מתקדמים ומשך הבניה הצפוי הוא 6 שנים להשלמת המבנה ואכלוס 11 קומות ו-4 שנים נוספות לתפעולו המלא. המגדל מתוכנן על ידי מושלי-אלדר אדריכלים ואת הקמתו מנהלת חברת מרגולין.
המגדל החדש והגדלת מספר מיטות האשפוז אושרו על ידי הממשלה ועיריית ירושלים.
