משרד י. מולכו אדריכלים בע"מ פועל משנת 1978 ולו שתי שלוחות, האחת בירושלים והשנייה בתל-אביב.
המשרד עוסק בפרויקטים מגוונים הנוגעים לתחומי אדריכלות רבים וקהל לקוחותיו מגוון בהתאם.
בתחום מבני מגורים, אנו עוסקים בפרויקטים בהיקפים שונים, החל בתכנון מתחמי מגורים בני מאות יחידות, דרך מבני מגורים ובתים משותפים, וכלה בבתים פרטיים.
בתחום מבני ציבור, אנו עוסקים בתכנון בתי ספר, מתנ"סים, מעונות-יום, בתי מלון, מר

כזי קניות ומוסדות אקדמיים, כמו גם תכנון מבני משרדים, מבני תעשיה ומבני אחסון בהיקפים גדולים.
מעורבותנו באה לידי ביטוי בכל שלבי התכנון בפרויקט, החל מגיבוש עקרונות התכנון ועד לתכנון פרטי הבניין ועיצוב הפנים.
אדריכלות נוף, פיתוח ותכנון עירוני נכללים גם הם בעבודות המשרד, ובין השאר באים לידי ביטוי בתכנון המרחב הציבורי-עירוני והתעבורתי במרכז העיר ירושלים.

The office has two branches, one in Jerusalem and the second in Tel Aviv. The firm deals with a vast spectrum of projects in the Architectural design, Urban design and Environmental design fields. In the urban design and environmental planning field, among other projects, we design the Master Plan for the industrial section of the TalpiyotT neighborhood as well as the Ramot Academic Campus in Jerusalem, The Even Israel historic neighborhood renewal plan and the Agrippas pedestrian mall. In addition, the firm designs and plans public institutions, including, colleges and other schools, public centers and religious institutions, such as the Master plan of the Jerusalem College of Technology and the Hadassah. Moreover, we design and plan large industrial projects and commercial projects, including hotels, shopping centers, and storage facilities. We also plan and design all aspects of residential projects from multi-apartment buildings, with hundreds of residential units to private homes. As a Jerusalem-based firm, we deal with preservation of historic landmarks from various periods. We consider ourselves to be experts in the intricacies of stone- buildings architecture. We believe in simplicity and straightforward design without unnecessary adornment. We strive to keep the client's interest in mind, and to find the most efficient, functional and aesthetic solutions, within the given budget.
