This amazing project looked like a dream several years ago and it has now become true: the complete renovation of the two outdated old buildings is not only a matter of improving their appearance. The addition of a significant three storey high atrium which serves as the entrance space for both wings makes the whole difference.

אחרי ישיבת התנגדויות היום, מתכוננים לשלב הבא לקראת אישור התכנית (בשעה טובה במהרה בימינו אמן). מתברר שסבלנות של פיל היא אחת התכונות עיקריות שאדריכל ובמיוחד מתכנן ערים צריך לפתח לאורך השנים על מנת לשרוד את המערכת.

Urban renewal design for the existing area between the small historic quarter of Neve Tzedek and the imposing towers built along the seashore, including approximately 190 housing units, two small hotels, municipal facilities such as schools, kindergartens, and recreation areas.
Site area: 56,000 sqm.
