Ellen Rosen Senor is the founder of EllenRose Botanical Beauty (www.ellenrosebeauty.com). Ellen teaches Facial Yoga, Permaculture Gardening, and offers Aromatherapy Massage, Reiki, and Theta Healing at her clinic in Ramat Poleg. She divides her time between family, work and volunteering, including teaching Organic Gardening to children at risk. Permaculture Gardens (design for sustainability)
The upcoming 16 –week course will include learning gardening skills of Organic Gardening based on the principles of Permaculture. We will meet in the gardens or balconies of each of the participants where we will learn and work together. The course will include guidance on how to understand the soil, how and what to compost, what to plant when, how to grow from seeds, how to recognize beneficial insects, how to herbs, veggies & medicinal plants, a visit to an organic plant nursery and more. No chemical fertilizers or pesticides will be used; rather the emphasis will be to imitate Nature in order to reap the benefits of her vast abundance.
