Pixellot Office Design Project: From the Court to the Office
Pixellot is a global leader in AI-automated sports production and broadcasting technology.
The project was born from the desire to create a total experience where employees and visitors don’t just "come to work," but step into the heart of the sporting action. Through close collaboration between architectural planning, strategic graphic design, and technical and decorative lighting, a spatial narrative was created around the world of stadiums and sports courts.
The entrance to the offices was designed as a "Player’s Tunnel," simulating the thrilling moment of stepping onto the field. The use of powerful 3D graphics in shades of blue, red, and white, alongside the company logo embedded in the floor and walls, creates an effect of depth and motion.
The center of the floor (the core) was designed as an "Indoor Arena." The highlight is the use of viewing portals that combine complex graphics with 3D shifting lighting. This element creates a stunning optical illusion of a vast football/soccer field seemingly located inside the office building.
The dining and social hub was inspired by a basketball court. The terracotta-toned PVC flooring includes regulation court markings, and a decorative lighting fixture on the ceiling mimics the lines of a hoop and court from above. The use of natural wood in the kitchen cabinetry softens the atmosphere, providing the warmth of a premium "Clubhouse."
The concept continues into the finer details—from circular lighting fixtures reminiscent of center-court markings to acoustic panels that evoke the feel of stadium bleachers or spectator seating.
The design of Pixellot’s offices is a masterclass in spatial storytelling. This project blurs the lines between the company’s digital technology and the physical environment, creating an inspiring workspace that is intrinsically connected to the brand’s values: a passion for sports, technological innovation, and an uncompromising viewing experience.

Final Offices – Design Concept Brief
The office design is based on an elegant, timeless language that bridges innovative high-tech culture with the aesthetics of clean, local architecture. The space creates a dialogue between advanced materials—floor-to-ceiling glass façades, holographic elements, and algorithmic rhythms—and references to old Tel Aviv, expressed through the use of white brick and classic millwork. The combination of raw finishing materials with the warmth of natural wood and parquet flooring provides a counterbalance to the modern transparency, reinforcing the compelling connection between these two worlds.
The user experience extends into the meeting rooms, which strike a balance between transparency and intimacy, with the boardroom as the focal point. In this space, the abstract concept of the algorithm is translated into a unique visual rhythm in the ceiling. The ceiling is entirely constructed from recycled acoustic material, offering both exceptional spatial flow and optimal acoustic performance, while concealed, soft lighting creates ideal conditions for meetings and presentations.
Connecting all four office floors is a sculptural metal staircase integrated with lighting, serving as the project's central circulation spine. The staircase begins at a serene Japanese garden on the lower level, passes through the kitchenettes on each floor, and culminates in the main cafeteria at the top level. This element establishes visual continuity and maximum accessibility between floors, encourages spontaneous interactions, and strengthens the social atmosphere and connection among employees.

Island’s new offices in Herzliya are located on a high floor, offering expansive views of the sea—an element that became integral to the design concept from the earliest planning stages.
The client’s brief focused on creating a calm, balanced work environment that provides a sense of respite from the intensity of the high-tech industry. The space was envisioned to support both concentration and a feeling of ease. Drawing inspiration from Japanese Zen principles, the design emphasizes simplicity, precision, and a thoughtful connection to materials and surroundings.
The spatial concept is based on a natural and continuous flow, expressed through clean lines and a restrained, carefully curated material palette. Warm-toned wood, לצד soft hues of sand and white, combined with subtle green accents, create a harmonious balance between warmth and visual clarity.
The office is organized into a מגוון of work settings, including quiet areas for focused tasks alongside open, collaborative zones. Transitions between these areas are intentionally soft, preserving a sense of continuity and calm throughout the space.
A key feature of the project is the cafeteria, designed as a central gathering point and visual anchor. At its core is a kitchen clad in deep green natural stone, introducing material richness and a sense of grounding. This element creates a refined contrast with the surrounding light and minimalist environment, establishing a distinct focal point.
Overall, the project achieves a balance between precise functionality and a serene user experience, resulting in a workspace that supports productivity, well-being, and creativity.

Project Brief:
Located in the upper floors of the Moshe Aviv Tower in Ramat Gan, Israel, this project reimagines a contemporary workplace. The design concept draws inspiration from local Bauhaus modernism and Mediterranean coastal influences, blending modern minimalism with warmth and natural materiality.

The space is conceived as a balanced environment that supports focus, collaboration, and wellbeing. Clean architectural lines are complemented by tactile finishes, biophilic elements, and soft, layered lighting to create a calm yet dynamic atmosphere. Carefully zoned workspaces, meeting areas, and social spaces provide flexibility while reinforcing a refined, professional identity.

Overall, the design reflects a forward-thinking corporate culture, delivering a high-quality, human-centered workplace that enhances performance, comfort, and experience.

After two successful hubs we delivered to Deloitte over the years, we returned once again to the iconic round Azrieli building.
Deloitte is far more than a client — this is a long-standing partnership, like family, and every project with them feels like a reunion.
The challenge was to transform a round, somewhat dated space into a modern, fresh and vibrant environment.
To achieve this, we broke down the circular form into segments and created a new geometry based on an imaginary “compass” and a central axis that guided the entire design.
To the precise geometry we added a warm and inviting language, with natural materials, soft textures, and touches of warmth that give the space a sense of home.
The combination of natural light, crisp white tones, and organic materials created a timeless atmosphere — quiet, bright, and pleasant to be in.
And so, within the familiar circular building, a new “neighborhood” for Deloitte was born — modern, warm, refined, and full of character.
This is only the beginning of another shared journey — one that perfectly suits a pioneering and innovative company like Deloitte,
always ahead of its time both organizationally and in design. An exciting journey — and there’s much more to come.

Migdal Insurance, one of Israel’s most established and respected insurance companies, set out to refresh its executive offices and key departments — reimagining the workspace to reflect the company’s modern spirit while honoring its rich heritage.
Spread across two spacious floors of approximately 1,400 sqm each, the project houses the executive management, marketing, investment, and legal divisions. Every area was carefully designed to balance elegance, calm, and everyday functionality.
The design concept conveys trust, professionalism, and understated innovation, through clean architectural lines, a neutral palette of white and natural wood, and subtle accents of black and gray for depth and sophistication.
The result is a harmonious and inviting environment that connects the company’s proud past with its forward-looking vision — a workspace that feels both grounded and renewed.

Design Concept:
Design that connects technology, people, and place.
The new offices for a leading global tech company in Petah Tikva reinterpret the brand’s international identity through a local lens—balancing technological precision with human warmth.
Exposed ceilings and visible systems celebrate the honesty of materials and the transparency of process, while refined details and a calm, modern palette create a welcoming and timeless environment.
Each area serves a clear purpose: vibrant collaboration zones with bold color accents, intimate focus rooms wrapped in acoustic textures, and open work areas defined by rhythm, order, and natural light.
Wood flooring, perforated metal, and signature blue tones create a dialogue between raw industrial expression and refined corporate sophistication.
The result is a workspace that feels intelligent yet approachable—a physical manifestation of innovation, clarity, and connection.
