Our project the Elastic Grid in Lod, now on view in Tirana, Albania at the Architecture Triennale – MediTirana - “100 Ideas for the Western Balkan - Designing Urban Imaginaries".

The exhibition is about building and archiving innovative ideas, both practical and metaphorical, examining and demonstrating the situated role of architecture as a forceful driver for cultural freedom and self-determination.

ניתוח מצב קיים כחלק מקידום התכנית להתחדשות בניינית בחיפה
התכנית נועדה להוות תחליף לתמ"א 38 לאחר פקיעתה,
הפרויקט יתן מענה תכנוני והקניית זכויות להתחדשות המבנה הבודד תוך ראיה רחבה של צרכי הציבור והתשתיות, שיפור קומת הרחוב ובהתאמה לאופי המקומי.

Building Renewal Project - Haifa.
Mappings for the urban fabric of Haifa, as part of our Building Renewal Plan for Haifa.
The project is intended to be an alternative for the national plan TAMA38 after its expiration.
It aims to give a planning response and grants rights for the renewal of the buildings while taking into consideration the needs of the public, the infrastructure, the street level
and the neighborhood's local characteristics.
