אדריכל, מעצב עירוני ואמן אינטרדיסציפלינרי. בוגר לימודי ארכיטקטורה בבצלאל והאוניברסיטה של פירנצה, איטליה. כיום פעיל בארץ ובאירופה כעצמאי ובשיתופי פעולה עם אמנים ברחבי העולם. מנחה סטודנטים ומנטור לאדריכלים צעירים. בנוסף חוקר ומרצה בעולם בנושאי יצירתיות ותהליכים יצירתיים, ופיתוח שיטה שמעניקה כלים מעשיים למקצועות שונים כגון: אדריכלות פוגשת קונדיטוריה/קולינריה.

משה יליד חיפה, נדד עם משפחתו ובאופן עצמאי ברחבי אירופה כמחצית מחייו, וכיום מבלה את זמנו הפרטי והמקצועי בין ישראל וחו”ל. הציג עבודותיו בביאנלה בונציה 2004, זוכה פרסים ופרסומים רבים, פרויקטים ייחודיים כגון: מצפה שקיעה, חלל רוחני לכל הדתות, הכנסייה העירונית הפתוחה, “בית הסקרנות”- בית ספר יסודי בטוסקנה, “די אן איי של בית”- פרויקט של חלל בתנועה מסונכרנת עם המוזיקה, בשיתוף המוזיקאי והיוצר דויד ברוזה.

“אני מאמין בחשיבה מחוץ לקופסה, בדיקת גבולות ויצירת השראה, חללים שמטרתם לייצר חווית הפתעה או פליאה. התכנון שלי צומח מהמקום הרגשי-רוחני, ויחד עם זאת אינטלקטואלי ומחובר לצורך לממש את היצירה במציאות. העיסוק המתמיד שלי נע בין ההתנסות ברעיונות, צורות וחומרים, ובין החיפוש של תחושות חלל שונות, שמתבססות על החיבור שבין האדם, העיר והאינסוף”.
